Delivery time for most items in the U.S. is 4 to 7 business days, two weeks for International orders. To expedite delivery for U.S. orders, books and tools are usually sent in separate packages. NOTE: If you need items shipped to an address different from your billing address, please add the shipping address in the "comments" space on the PayPal form.

Canadian and overseas customers: Due to rising costs and stricter Customs regulations, additional shipping charges are required for orders outside the U.S. Those who wish to use the PayPal Shopping Cart system should use the order links and in the page margins for order forms that include the additional shipping charges. Canadian customers: please include a contact phone number on the PayPal form or order form if you wish UPS shipping. Otherwise, items will be shipped to Canada by International Mail. EXPRESS SHIPPING. If you require express two day shipping on any item (excluding piano benches) an additional $12.00 fee is required.
