Special Orders

For special credit card orders of items not listed on the PayPal cart system (or for Express UPS shipping), please use the order button below. This will provide a blank PayPal credit card form. Fill in the description of the items you are ordering in the form fields, along with the price.

PLEASE NOTE: If you require UPS Two Day Express shipping on any item (excluding piano benches), please add $12.00 to the item price in the unit price field of the PayPal form. Describe the item in the item field of the form and add the word "EXPRESS" to the description, as follows:
Examples: "Complete tuning kit, A440 fork EXPRESS," OR "Economy tuning kit EXPRESS," OR "Kid's metronome, Owl EXPRESS," and so forth. If an item costs $50.00, the price with Express shipping would be $62.00, etc.
